Well, I can't believe it's been a month since I have written anything here. There are so many things that have happened that derailed all of my hard work, but it's time to get back after it. Since I've been gone we had Thanksgiving, a trip to Disneyland, lost my mother-in-law, finals week, Christmas and New Years.
All of these things put a serious hurt on my workouts and my food intake and I made a lot of bad choices, but it's time to not look back and look forward to where I want to be. Ski season is upon us and I've got three weeks until school starts again, so it's time get some good habits started again and it will only get easier from here on out.
As far as my intake goes, I will be going back on the Wilderness Athlete 28 Day challenge. I made some great strides because of these great products and I want to continue with that. Between the ease of drinking a shake for breakfast then again for lunch at work or while on the mountain and the great taste, it really helped me out. I am also going to try to get a run in after work before dark a couple nights during the week. I am also going to get back on the Mountain Athlete workout plans, both a ski dry land and a military training program, which will also help prep me for this summer's Train To Hunt competition.
